Guyz dont book this bus....My parents travelled by this bus today. (as from parents words)Expected a delay of 1 hour at max. But god ....they were hell. Reached trivandrum at 1.30pm. No stop till 11am in the morning (not even for nature calls)....they would stop only at the hotel where they make money....whatever the time be...these guyz just want to make money....no humanitarian thinking nor behaviour....are the drivers of KPN mad or something??? Keepin people at a disgusting state till 11am??? A good bus alone wont make you a good travel operator....only the rating of your customers does....remember that guyz
