              Staff was polite. Bus quality was good. The bus was via thane. Hence suggestion to inform in advance while booking to passenger that they may be shifted to another bus for journey to soon, bandra, andheri etc.


              Bus came 2 hours late. reached mumbai 5 hours late. sad


              The train was to come at 10.30. It reached at 11. No bus no or details provided prior. We reached Mumbai at 12 instead of 7 am. Sheer disgrace. Redbus was excellent in providing information. Please make it more better by keeping more details


              Lame service bus was schedule 8:30 pm and arrived at 11:40pm and seats booked were 5&6 and given as 13 &14 for senior citizen.


              Overall an Ok kind of experience nothing great about the Bus. Reading lights and Power Plugs were not working.


              we had booked for semi-sleeper seats n wer made to sit on pushback seats. The bus also arrived late.


              Bus comes at Kudal not at time. Reaches to Mumbai near by 8.16am. Charging point we not seen in Bus. Other all good bus.


              The bus was suppose to reach at 9:30pm but instead it reached at 11:15pm. The driver also didn't allow us to board the bus at 9:30 pm saying that my booking wasn't for 9:30pm. There was alot of problems created due to that and I had called multiple numbers and helpline but no solutions were provided for it. I and the other passengers were dissatisfied with the service.


              Horrible. The Bus was very late. The seat u book via red bus is changed and u get some other seats. The driver drives very rash. 2hour delay.


              The bus wasn't on time arrived and reached on time. Seats & route changed, casued delay.


              Bus came 1hr 30 mins late. After coming they are not leting me board the bus as they dont have my reservation on their paper. May be because i booked little late in evening,but after some calls they let me in. Bus was good but the luggage carrier above the head was rocking badly.


              The bus supossed to come at 8.15 pm, got a cal at 12 night that the bus arriving, by the time i had boarded other bus. Redbus also did not respond on the phone. All pathetic. Bus and redbus

              It was a bad experience as I have to attend my regular work i had booked ticket by seeing the arrival time, but it was 3 hours late by which my entire days schedule is disturbed. Kindly provide correct details about departure and arrival, so as we can have alternate arrangement.


              Travel with Red Bus is very good, your bus is on time, bus condition is very good, but there is one problem your bus driver not stop bus for single time for diner or latrine, so it my personal request you that please give at list 2 five minutes holt during travel.


              Bus pickup point was different from the location mention in SMS received. SMS mention opposite Kudal ST Bust Stand, where as on phone your coordinator mention to come near Satyam Hotel. Bus reached One hour late at pickup point, no explanation reason given. Bus seat / Bed cover and Blanket is STINKING very bad. Drop was not made at agreed stop, it was made before Andheri Bislery bust stop. In above cases do not wish to travel again by redbus service.


              Even repetitive follow-up they were giving blankets to only few passengers. Support staff to driver is very rude to answer Only few seats were having curtains


              Bus arrived 1:30 hours late , no contact number was given of person incharge onboard ,AC was not working well ! Very bad travel experience with Naik .


              The timings given in RED bus chart are not correct. The buses travel through the Kolhapur ,Pune which take two & half hour extra which is not considered in travel time. Add two hrs extra & then plan your further movement otherwise your plan will flop as I experienced (not able to attend office due to late arrival.) Also I ticket rate is more ,on the spot ticket charges are lesser by Rs.50.


              the only concern is, the details regarding the bus no, mobile no of the driver are not shared with the passenger & also the phone no (landline & mobile both) are of no use in regards to the details of the bus as both the nos are never attended by the concern person


              The Bus time was 6.30PM. which was rescheduled at 8.30 PM, but the Bus arrived at the pick up point at 10.45 PM. and on each calling from 8.30 pm it is stated that it will arrive within 15 minutes.


              1- Bus was 40 mins late at pickup point. 2- No proper maintenance of seats. 3- Inconvenient for Ladies Travellers, bcoz they don't take any halt at hotel for ladies to go to washroom. After making lots of request to the driver by many traveller for halt, he just ignored by saying he cant stop the bus.


              Very unpleasant experience. I was with family. There was no punctuality. Called up Paulo travels and Red bus both multiple times. But both didn't respond. Bus arrived more than an hour late. Pick up point mentioned was incorrect address. AC was switched off once bus reached near Mumbai. Driver and cleaner were more interested in picking more passengers on the way. Wasted time. Bus stopped at a point which didn't have proper ladies toilet ex Hotel Shalimar near Pine. Many ladies seen doing toilet in the open. Very shameful. Staff was not friendly at all. Red bus equally horrible. Contact no provided by redbus for red bus doesn't exist. Very bad service.


              Good reclinable seats which gives a feeling of sleeper journey, with personal video sets for entertainment. Bus has arrived 25 minutes after the scheduled time. But has reached the destination on time. Staff is friendly, but the dinner stop was way late. (11 pm)


              third grade service.... worst bus condition... even after paying 1800bucks pp. they were charging rs70 for 1 blanket...

              Staff denied boarding saying the ticket is not valid, and bus moved ahead. Numbers provided in SMS ticket were usless, nobody was responding to phone calls. Finally I used personal contact and confirmed that ticket is valid for the same bus. Then I called driver and asked him wherever the bus is and then I took Auto and finally boarded the bus.


              Please inform customer if the bus is coming late on destination point. I am waiting 2 hrs on the destination point in my return journey and this is very sumsam area.


              the seating is not at all comfortable, a person of Height 6 feet like me was not able to sit, my knees was locked totally when the person sitting in front of me reclined the seat. i ended up with swollen legs at the end of journey. I highly recommend the owners of the service to look into comfort level of passengers. overall the journey was hectic


              Its very bad service that you can not provide message of bus number and driver number. Its not our responsibility to call and get fucking bus details. its a very poor service by redbus/Paulo travels whoever.


              the dinner halt was taken at late 11.30 pm , the place was very lousy & un hygenic, no halt was taken in betwwen kudal & Kolhapur for as much as 4 hrs.

              Our reporting time at Kudal was at 10:15pm and the bus was meant to arrive at 10:30pm. The 2 nos provided in the helpline were not going through. The bus eventually came at 12:00am. Even if the bus is getting delayed why cant someone be proactive and send an sms message. Why cant the driver's number/ attendants number be provided. Why cant one simply track the vehicle and inform where the hell the bus is?


              Late arrival, early morning bus changeover because of bus breakdown. The Ac was not working in the new bus. High price


              worst ac bus travel experience ever, the behaviour of cleaner is not good with passanger, wrong name mention on bus.


              The seat number on the ticket were not matching with the seat numbers in the bus and this lead to random allocation of seats. We had to bargain with the staff to get seats of our comfort. Prior booking becomes irrelevant with Pauolo travels if they are going to randomly assign seats while journey!

              The bus was late by 1 hour and 25 minutes, and no one answered the phone when contacted the on the provided number, so I had no update if the Bus was supposed to arrive or not. only contact was the Call Centre who ensured the arrival.


              Overall it was good exeperience, however I had asked to change the bus before lonaval Neeta INN hotel and when I put my lagguge to new bus and went for fresh n up driver did not bother to check if all traveller have boarded or not and started the bus. Somehow I saw bus was leaving, hence I had to run and catch the bus. Would be great if you educate the support staff and driver to check if all passenger are boared or not before departure from any halt.


              Worst experience I have ever received.Firstly they cancel the bus I had booked.Shifted my seat to another bus which was scheduled an hour later and took 5 hours more to reach the destination(Mumbai).I had to cancel my further bookings because of this delay. I was informed about the cancellation of my bus around 4 hours before the journey and hence had to other option than to accept what they were offering.The conductor was drunk.He was smelling awful and was speaking out of the box.I would now think alot many times before opting or recommending redbus to anyone.


              Bus was average was bumpy ride been old people in bus was bit inconvinenece.Also there was long stop almost 6 hrs in between kudal and pen hence there was inconvinenece for going to toilet.


              hi. My experience with Redbus was below average. The journey frombombay to khudal was ok but the return journey was an utter nightmare. The bus arrived 3 hours ladte which is inexcusible. We were told the bus would reach borivali by 8.30am while we were still in Sion at 9a.m. We were all working people in the group and getting delayed for work is not an option. The driver was rude and quite careless. They did not stop at night for people to go to the wash room.


              Worst service by Paulo travels. Bad punctuality. No one picking call even in Head Office GOA, members are picking call and put us on hold again and again. We waited for 3-4 hours on the highway. Very bad experience.


              the driver forgot to stop the bus at the mentioned location and we were left stranded wondering what to do as we saw the bus go by.afte half an hour,we managed to contact the bus and the driver said he will not come back to pick us up and we will have to reach the bus which was 10 kms away.After this the driver had no courtsey to apologize and instead had a grin on his face.PATHETIC SERVICE.


              Staff is pathetic and if buses are 2 hours late, the passenger has to wait withouut having anyone's no to contact on the road.


              Firstly when I booked ticket, I should have been messgaed driver's contact details and bus number to make my way easy. The number that I got after booking ticket is switched off since the moment I received it till date. I got Paulo travels number online and tried contacting them. The staff is wonderful. They are busy discussing their personal issues and discussions with people there even after picking up the call. If more than 1 question is asked they will cut the call directly. No courtesy to help. I have been requesting for driver's number but they didnt give. My boarding point was Hotel Onkar Deluxe and the message that I had got had mentioned Hotel OMkar deluxe. Boarding time was 8.10pm. I understand that bus might get late. It is travels duty to inform us where the bus is as we, 3 girls, are standing on Mumbai Goa Highway waiting the bus. But again there was NO HELP from their end and they cut the call again and again. I see one Paulo travels passing by very fast. Another Paulo passed by in speed and I ran behind those buses to stop them at 9.40pm. Fortunately it happens to be my bus. Hadn't we stopped the bus, we would have stood there for another long hours with NO help from PAULO TRAVELS. Bus driver and co-ordinator says they forgot to stop there. And when 1st bus passed by, I called on Paulo travels, Panjim helpline, he gave me some wrong number saying it was driver's number. Co-ordinator was so irresponsible and didnt know if we belonged to this 2nd bus or no. I checked my name in the list and got in. Another blunder is that I book lower sleeper with double bed and a man books the sleeper seat with me to share that double bed. Like mine is no. 17 and his was no. 18. How could even you allow a man to book ticket next to a girl. When I tell the co-ordinator to solve, he says opposite side upper seat is vacant and I should got there. After calling helpline, they say me to shift to last seat which costs 440 whereas my seat cost was 600. No adjustment done. The driver didnt know the way in Mumbai and I needed to guide him from Panvel to Sion. How could you appoint such people? Overall experience was very bad. I was supposed to reach Mumbai at 8am and I reached at 11am. Too bad service and staff is PATHETIC.
