Firstly when I booked ticket, I should have been messgaed driver's contact details and bus number to make my way easy. The number that I got after booking ticket is switched off since the moment I received it till date. I got Paulo travels number online and tried contacting them. The staff is wonderful. They are busy discussing their personal issues and discussions with people there even after picking up the call. If more than 1 question is asked they will cut the call directly. No courtesy to help. I have been requesting for driver's number but they didnt give. My boarding point was Hotel Onkar Deluxe and the message that I had got had mentioned Hotel OMkar deluxe. Boarding time was 8.10pm. I understand that bus might get late. It is travels duty to inform us where the bus is as we, 3 girls, are standing on Mumbai Goa Highway waiting the bus. But again there was NO HELP from their end and they cut the call again and again. I see one Paulo travels passing by very fast. Another Paulo passed by in speed and I ran behind those buses to stop them at 9.40pm. Fortunately it happens to be my bus. Hadn't we stopped the bus, we would have stood there for another long hours with NO help from PAULO TRAVELS. Bus driver and co-ordinator says they forgot to stop there. And when 1st bus passed by, I called on Paulo travels, Panjim helpline, he gave me some wrong number saying it was driver's number. Co-ordinator was so irresponsible and didnt know if we belonged to this 2nd bus or no. I checked my name in the list and got in. Another blunder is that I book lower sleeper with double bed and a man books the sleeper seat with me to share that double bed. Like mine is no. 17 and his was no. 18. How could even you allow a man to book ticket next to a girl. When I tell the co-ordinator to solve, he says opposite side upper seat is vacant and I should got there. After calling helpline, they say me to shift to last seat which costs 440 whereas my seat cost was 600. No adjustment done. The driver didnt know the way in Mumbai and I needed to guide him from Panvel to Sion. How could you appoint such people? Overall experience was very bad. I was supposed to reach Mumbai at 8am and I reached at 11am. Too bad service and staff is PATHETIC.
