Experience was mixed.
I wish to highlight some problems and some good points also.
1) Bus was expected at boarding point at 6.30 pm.But was delayed
by one hour.The issue was there were no numbers available for making
any contact to find out the status of the bus.
I wish the contact details especially the cell number of a person on the bus should be provided
otherwise the traveller is in confusion especially when he is in some remote unknown area with a lady.
or somebody in the office should call and give this information.
