The A/C sleeper bus is full of noise. The Driver was driving at a high speed and I doubt over his control over the bus. Frequent sudden brakes also added to the risk. He was honking at his wish during mid night and other hours so that he and his passengers are alert. The lights and charging points did not work. KPN has to upgrade to Volvo or Scania to ensure safety & comfort of passengers.
The journey was excellent. Request the driver to adopt a SAFE DRIVING APPROACH.
Bus was supposed to arrive at Kovilpatti Bus stand at 9:30 pm but it reached at 11:40pm. (Punctuality was WORST). Bus did not come on the NORMAL (service road) side of the road. It came on HIGHWAY road and there was considerable difficulty in getting in the bus. Otherwise rest of the travel was OK and timely.
