            Customer Reviews

A1 Travels is too fast and not safe for journey, The bus quality is pathetic, We had to wait 45 mins for the bus to start and they rushed inorder to reach on time.I wouldn't recommend this travels to anyone that I know. Thanks.

We didn't know that there was a pickup from ktym to ekm (2hr +) and then only the luxury Scania will start. I had talked to alhind people twice, but they dint mention anything of the sort. We with all our luggage had to stand in the road at ekm for the connection bus for 45 min, which we never expected. I feel like they (and redbus) hid this important piece of information from us and gave a nasty surprise.

The driver was riding the bus very fast and I was scared to death.

everything was quiet good..except der was complaint for charging port... which s very necessary n case of sleeper coach.

very bad bus and got break down by the way

Very bad experience in my life. From cochin to coimbatore.

Good bus .... From Kottayam I'm a regular and it's always nearly half an hour late.... Reaches CBE around 4.30 punctual

Bus was okyy...but to cover 80kms in 4 hrs was horrible. Sugg..could have preferred rout without much traffic.

It was good trip and the buss arrived before time. Place of boarding was also easy.

The charging points nd reading lights of the sleeper are dead.

I reached at 9.50 pm and the bus had left by that time. the contact number given was not correct. The staff did not call me to check whether I am coming. When I asked him as to why a call was not made to me, he started arguing. he realized he has made a mistake, he put me into another bus. had there not been another bus, I would have been stranded

I booked 2 tickets costing 1500 from kotayam to coimbatore but the connecting bus was horrible and it was more than 3 hours(more than half the journey). Why do u require us to pay high when u cannot provide a good connecting bus?

            ROUGH DRIVING

An alternative to State transport system is welcome. However, when we consider the value for money aspect, A1 Travels falls under poor category. Body rattling was horrible and one cannot expect to relax or sleep. The tangibles project a sorry figure - Not even a water bottle holder was there. The foot pedal was broken and above all the engine noise beyond limits...When you charge almost 1.7 times of the Sleeper class of train, we expect good facilities. The poor customers have no choice since there are no alternatives....and the service providers know this better...The only consolation was that the bus service was punctual and Staff service was acceptable. Prof. Pradeep.S

The service provided was very poor and behaviour of sona agency at kottayam was very very poor as I had to Wait at boarding point for around 1hour and when asked about the delay he was giving vague excuses and even argued that they don't have to inform the vehicles delay.

When it rained the water was getting inside despite window being closed.

            Nice journey

it was comfortable & reached ahead of schedule time in cbe.

They allotted me seats no 36 and there was no seat by that no... bad yar...

Need to provide water and blanket.

The interiors,A/C and seats are good. But rear air suspension is not served well.Very jerky and aching back during the journey.
