Got messages from Redbus very correctly. But the vehicle was delayed for 1 hour 15 minutes. no information from buys operators. when I called them they told me that bus changed and another vehicle is coming. No punctuality no responsibility. I am preparing to file a case in consumer court against you for my sufferings there at changuvetty for 1 hour 15 minutes.
they allotted me a different seat than what I booked.. but it was OK, bus was almost 45 minutes late
