Actually i was booked ticket from koppal to pune on 28/04/2015 for the journey of 03/05/2015 in meenakdhi travels.On sunday night 8pm i was in departure place (koppal) on right time.But bus was not get the stop in koppal and there was no office of the travels for asking information and i also called to travel office several times but they didnt receive my call.And i also i called to your redbus customer care for many times,but i didnt get any response from customer care also.
After that i went to next pick up point GADAG,its around 60km from koppal pick up point.I went to gadag by rental car of Rs1000.I caught the bus in gadag pick point.In gadag bus operator was taking very roughly,(like illiterate person)
he was speaking very bad words and when i asked to him regarding my seat like he said there is a no seat of your name.Due to that i didnt travelled in that bus,and i didnt get any ticket amount.So i am unable to go for office on monday also.So i have lost around Rs4200.
So such type of activity i felt very bad,i hurt a lot.And i was not expected such type of bad services from redbus.So i need compensation this like Around Rs 4200.
I also request to redbus to dont allow this type of travellers (Frauds),to avoid such a type of bad activity.Because of travellers you are also getting bad name.
