This is to inform you that I was carrying a small cartoon in which there were some kitchen items and for that I had to pay Rs 100 extra to your people. This was really very shocking for me. If this type of charges are compulsory then please mention in your website as well as in your tickets so that we can be mentally prepared for this and if this is not compulsory then we should get back the mony which I have paid.
