    Bus was not at the boarding point. we walked up to 3 kms to catch the bus and departed 1 hrs late.

    more leg space and space for baggage are necessary for comfortable journey, one break during journey is required at a place where food and good toilet are available, staffs should be customer friendly

    The bus was cancelled by the operator and i couldnt travel. Additionally, there was no alternate arrangements made or any communication that the bus is cancelled. When i reached the bus station, then only i came to know this
