    condition of the bus is very bad....there are seat bugs in the bus. bad behaviour and no proper allocation of seats

    The bus was not in proper condition, changed the starting point never informed started & reached late. AC was off mostl

    Seat had bugs in it which has created a great discomfort. Staff behaved rudely. The bus arrived almost 1 hr late.
