Kolkata is the capital city of West Bengal. The former capital of British India, Kolkata is home to one of the oldest ports in the country. Kolkata has an old world charm that is reflected in its old Victorian era buildings, yellow ambassador cabs, hand pulled rickshaws and trams. Though the city has been restructured with flyovers, skyscrapers, multiplexes and business centers, Kolkata has been able to retain its essence. The AC failed after 15 minutes of travel start. They didnt try to find a mechanic and even suggested to find board a train and I didnt exactly book a bus ticket if I could travel by train. Being on upper berth I found it very suffocating. I have no idea if this a daily occurence to fool passengers, but I would advice redbus to take strict action against Pradhan travels to deter any such future discomfort and affront to passengers. They did return Rs. 100/-, but the journey was already ruined.

My travelling experience was very horrible...the bus in which i travelled was not up to expectations as the ac was not working.and one more thing I noticed that instead of people traveling in the bus,I found out that half of seats were filled with riding experience was very bad as I felt so discomfort as the ac was not working.there was no chilling at all. Moreover you should mention the bus number before hand for the ease of the money went into waste as I booked a ticket for an ac bus but that bus ac was so pathetic that at one point of time I thought I was going to faint.please take necessary steps so that this does it happen with any of the passengers in future.and moreover the bus was whooping 1 hour and 15 mins late.
