    Bus quality is not as expected and the amount spent to book the ticket. Only for the brand name the ticket price is so high. Other bus tickets like Neel Madhab bus can be booked in the half price of royal cruiser bus tickets along with all the better facilities available.

    Because of the ongoing IPL match in Kolkata near the boarding point the location had been changed.we didnt get informed of it.had to rush tthrough the last half hour to make it to the bus at the right time.
