Excellent journey.Condition of bus was excellent. Reached before time.Staff was cooperative. Really value for money.
I could not catch the bus in time. So I decided to call you on 020-39412345 to ask whether I could get a refund, if any. But even on calling the no. 2-3 times it kept on ringing and no one took the call. So a great lesson learnt. Never again to travel using red bus and advising my friends and family and people on social media too to think twice before booking a ticket with you. Because there wont be any support available when you need it the most.
Everything is almost perfect. Would have been happy if blanket was provided as the air conditioning was chilling!!!
