I got last seat (horizontal one) lower berth (LA), which was about 3+ feet wide and 8 feet long. When i boarded the bus i saw two pillows. I asked the bus attendant (cleaner/conductor) that whether it is for 1 or 2 passengers (in doubt because of bigger dimensions of the seat). He said it is for two passengers that is two pillows are there. 36/40 inches wideth is not certainly sufficient for two passengers, then I asked about the same to the cleaner, and he said again it is for two passengers. then I told attendant that I will complain and then called Bangalore call center for payments (thru nakoda website) about confirmation, and they gave some number for further inquiry which found to be wrong number. The first problem here is there is no proper number provided to reach out for clarification from redbus as well as Nakoda travels when I am on move. After 2 hours the attendant confirmed that it is only for one, and he was joking. That behavior doesn't seem to be professional and I was in very discomfort from 6:45 PM to 9:00 PM till the attendant confirmed about single seat only. Please ensure that this kind of practical jokes doesn't happen and ensure passengers have proper contact info while on the move.
