Punctuality : The bus conductor kept telling us he shall be there in 15 min again and again. The right time of bus was 8:20PM , he arrived at 10:30PM. He asked us to wait on the highway.
This was NH1 , and i was standing there with my day( senior citizen ) , my wife and my 2 yr old daughter.
It was a horrifying experience.
When i called at your customer care, they said they shall call back with updates , but they never called.
Staff behavior : Our seat numbers were 13,14,15. He made us sit on 1, 2, 3. When i questioned him , he threatened us to take another bus at mid night and also mentioned we can complain at your customer care . What could have we done.?
Horrifying experience with you guys. If you cant even give us our reserved seats.
Next day , we had to travel to vaishno devi and we couldnt sleep well because of the loud music played in bus at night.
I am going to consumer forum to help understand, how can red bus make us stand on highway at night for 2 hours and put our lives under threat. and secondly why cant we be given our reserved seats.
Bus quality : The windscreen of the bus was having loads of cracks and imagine how you put us lives on risk.
