      Customer Reviews

The Quality of Bus, punctuality and the staff behaviour were excellent. But, the route was not good. From Karaikal to Tanjore, the bus traveled through Mannargudi i.e. through rural roads. If the bus had traveled through Myladuthurai/Kumbakonam, the money was worth for the travel. For the route through Thiruthuraipoondi and Mannargudi, it was not comfortable.

Driving from Karaikal to thanjavur was bad. Good driving practices are necessary.

water was leaking from AC vent

I am booking Volvo A/c ,but the transporter change the bus Non-Ac sleeper, My reporting time at karikal is 8.40. but the bus started at karikal 9.45 P.m and the bus reached at Madurai time is 4.30 only, I am inconvenient this type of operators

Bus Actual time is 20:40 but they start the bus 10:40 poor service.

The bus arrived 1hr 45 mins late. However the staff sitting there showed no seriousness in addressing our concern. He said "if there is a flight delay u guys are prepared to wait.. why not wait for a bus....?" - in my opinion, this is rubbish and will never chose this bus service and would never recommend either...
