Hi,my routine experience with luxury bushes and redbus is very good. This time it was not so good with Vainhav Travels. I hv booked seat online (L1) and on date of journey I got call from their Kolhapur office 0231 2657274, the gentleman told me that the I hv booked online has been already sold to someone and it was not updated on website. He offered me U1 seat and I have accepted the same. As it was Sunday and knowing rush for Mumbai, I had accepted the offered seat. Its not the question of whose fault it was, whether its of redbus for non updating the seat chart or Vaibhav travels person purposely allocating my seat to someone. This may cause serious inconvenience during night travel. Its a question of trust. I appreciate that I was well informed and prepared for this seat change. Hope this doesn't happen again with me nor with anybody.
