We booked the ticket till Madurai, were dropped at high way, 10 kms away from Madurai. Van which was suppose to take us to Madurai, broke down and had to reach Madurai by Local Bus.
As per booking, venue was Kanyakumari, But your booking agent taken us to Nagarkoil to get the bus.
