Customer Reviews

Worst travel experience due to lack of punctuality, if the service provider can't run there buses on time please stop the services. It not helping any of the passengers, we value time more than money.

as we travel long time attest ask your team to open the TV For some kindly enjoyment they are not using it if request also

Good travel.. But the timings were off by about 3 hours... Which is something quite important for someone who needs to reach a place at one time

Staff were polite and courteous. There are chances for improvement. In my seat, leg rest was not working and water bottle holder damaged. These fittings could have maintained well.

Kannur to Calicut was done by a pick up vehicle, but this was not mentioned in the ticket The vehicle that came to pick from kannur , got breakdown at Vadakara Then we were forced to travel in a NON AC vehicle hired by the driver for travelling Upto Calicut from where the bus is actually starting The journey from Vadakara to Calicut was horrible, we are paying AC fare then y are we forced to travel in a non AC vehicle for dropping Upto Calicut The hired vehicle driving was also very horrific , as he was overspending and driving dangerously Day by day kallada is losing its name, soon they will loose their monopoly and that day is soon coming seeing such poor service

The bus was two hours late. Since I was boarding the bus from Calicut, I had reached there through a pick up van arranged by Kalpana. The wait was too much.

We had to travel 3 hours in a tempo traveller from kannur to calicut to catch the bus. This shld ve been mentioned earlier itself...

Very old multiaxle volvo. No music or movie eventhough the journey started at 5PM. Though the bus was full it was going inside many towns inside highway which was not required. And so many stops unnecessary and putting lights inside disturbing the passengers..

3 hrs 30 mins slow, started 2pm in kannur, reached chennai 10.35 am.TV set, mobile charge point not working.

Kannur to calicut traveled with pick up and its not mentioned while booking ticket.except this all other things are fine.

The journey was as expected.. Nothing special. The timings could have been improved. It was off by about 2 hours

The bus starts from Kozhikode only. The van drop between Kannur and Kozhikode is worst in punctuality. The tempo traveller staff used for this purpose do not care about the time. The driver of the bus asks about the van's location and this guy is going on bluffing .

The bus was provided after 100kms of transhipment in car followed by tempo. The bus from KALLADA travels was not road worthy and hence broke down. No spares and tools. Delayed arrival by 2 hrs 30 mins, overall harrassed experience

I requested for water to drink as it was mentioned while booking the ticket that water will be provided in the bus, but the bus staff denied to give water....can i request for refund..?

rash driving. Not really neat. No punctuality at all. Not recommended to travel again.
