                Bus delayed by one hour. Bus quality is avg. Windows vibrate and make sound


                Although bus arrived 2 hours late which was very frustrating.. the driver covered the same later and reached only 30 mins late than the scheduled arrival time at the drop point. Good bus and nice comfortable journey.


                They denied to pick up us in Kankavali. Seats were already occupied by driver and cleanner. We need refund of our money otherwise we will complaint in consumer forum. I already wrote mail to Paulo operations for the same. Very poor class service.


                The ride was very rough. The bus was late.. Did not like the overall experience.

                The concern is bus timing as we reach Pune about 5.30 and it took us to reach Mumbai 10.30. the reason behind it as we were roaming in Pune as bus driver and his assistant searching for extra passengers for extra money that took us around 3 hours extra. Which is not good. Would have rated 5 for the experience but this detour wasted my time


                As far as NAIK Bus sleeper bus concerned, i was travel before 2 times in this bus, which number is 8300. the upper sleeper seats are actually uncomfortable for aged persons. the bus were late by 1 hour & 10 minutes.


                Good option with on board entertainment. On time performance. Food stop not great.


                My bus tickets it was written as Mercedes bus. In actual I traveled in Volvo bus

                Overall a horrible experience for a first time travel through paulo travels . Bus had a major break down in Goa . Scheduled arrival in Kankavali was 11:15 it arrived at 2am in the morning i my parents were standing alone on the empty streets for 3 hours extra . When the Bus arrived it was a sleeper and seater type instead a full sleeper bus hence we did not got berth even by paying a super premium my father has serious neck problems hence i got sleeper bus tickets but we had to travel by sitting in the lower deck the whole night also we reached mumbai by 12 in the afternoon . The staff of the buss was ok but the journey was horrible . I request redbus to please forward the appeal of the remaining money as we had no choice of travelling through seating seats inspite of paying for sleeper as the bus was full.


                Just one thing dont mention the name of the travel(PNP) as when reached at the spot they are adamant and dont talk properly as we have not booked the bus from him and through redbus. Even he didnt let us sit in his office till the bus arrived. Its better if you mention any other landmark to wait instead of travel agents place.

                Bus was clean & comfortable to some extent. No update regarding bus no. or driver phone no. frm red bus or Paulo travels


                Paulo Contact which was mentioned was attended after calling several times. Bus no was not informed. Bus was late by 1.30 hrs which was midnight. Red bus customer call on waiting.


                It becomes difficult for aged person to hold the nature call.hence,stopping intervals to be decided within a time span of 2 hrs in a journey so that it can facilitate.

                Bus time 7.30 PM but bus coming 10.45 PM they no inform to me and no update .how they are believed next online booking . pl resolved this issue for redbus site. At least updated information display your site


                Even after booking a ticket, Paulo travels charge for the blanker and don't even give a receipt of the same. Very bad behavior of the bus staff and it is not suited to be put into the Volvo Multi Axle category.


                Please give correct boarding point and correct end point while going the bus driver didn't tell were the bus will halt .....they called me at bhandup and then said to come to thane please try to improve that it's really inconvenient to travel from one boarding point to other with all the luggage plus they don't even wait for the passenger to get on the bus while when halting for dinner . we were almost going to miss our bus there as the order of our dinner came late at neeta's ........ Secondly it's really ridiculous that while coming back we came into the bus and the bus halted at a place to pick a passenger and my cousin told the bus ddriver that he urgently wanted to go for the toilet and he told the driver and when the passenger boarded on bus he didn't listen toe and just started the bus even the other passenger lady told him that one person has gone down from the cousin luckily got a bike rider to overtake the bus and stop it otherwise he would missed it ......and the driver was rude to tell me that I call my cousin and tell him to take an St bus and come to the next stop ..... I don't know what we are paying for bus the neeta travels is really experience except for the comfortable seats


                Very bad experience with Paulo travles the rout shows from them and actual is very different they changed their buses in between journey at mid night of 2.30 that was ridiculous the charged was also high compare to bus quality

                I am not at all happy with the punctuality.I had booked the bus from kankavli to mumbai which should departure at 9:30PM but when I reached kankavali at 9, the bus operator called me up and informed that the bus will be reaching kankavali at 11PM and said the time provided to me on the redbus site while booking is incorrect. Thus me and my family does not had another option and to wait till 11. And then to the extreme the bus reached kankavali at 11:45PM. I booked 9:30 bus so that I would reach mumbai early and Continue to my office with ease but my next day as well went bad due to this. Regards, Amey


                The bus come one hour fifteen menuts late.The man who handal the bus he told me his one bus is stuck in traffic and bus is not reach on time so he adjest the passanger to our bus but i was not agree.then he catch other passanger.


                Traveling with Neeta Volvo was excellent. However, driver halt bus at Swargate,Pune for no reason and shifted all passengers to another volvo. When I asked another passenger who is frequent traveler,he said every time Neeta's driver halt bus at Swargate and shift passenger to another one. This was hectic as it happened in night time and for some passengers it was very difficult to shift heavy luggage from one bus to another. NEETA bus management must investigate why drivers carried out this practice. Otherwise, journey was great and bus is excellent


                Need to inform that bus will route from Pune to mumbai Instead of direct kankavli to mumbai Secondly bus should be on time in India 5-10,minutes are consider but 1.30 hr is not at all accepted Anyways bus was good no regreats personally Feedback are purely for improvement for quality control dept.                 Thank you very much for your good service, but I did not received the Bus No. before travel, I was under pressure & was showing sms & ticket no. to every bus driver at night at Kankavli, It was raining heavy on Highway. So at last my friend called up to your travel authorities who help me and gave me the Bus No.and I got the bus. Else it was nice service.Thanks once again.


                Bus reach at 8pm at kankavali,leave at 8.30. Seat offered other than booked in red bus application . Worst experience with travels as well as red bus. Is you going to improve service after taking feedback or just formality. Name is Taj express but it is 3rd class bus drop Jogeshwari at 8.30am.




                Hi I have done booking of Paulo travels booking on 18 th sept 2015 using red bus I got message that bus timing from kankavali is 9:30 pm but I called to Paulo travels at 09:30 pm that time bus is at panji after 2 hours and 25 min long wating bus come to kankavali very bad experience from paulo travels they also not in mood inform that my bus is late or on time I am only calling every half n hour to operator but not proper respone and no call back from operator or from red bus now onward I am not gone book ticket using red bus last visit time also same problem ocuar so no to now red bus (bus no-MH 07 9878 )


                Please change your online database for timing coz the boarding station of my is Kankavali where as time show 9:15 pm I was standing there since 8:30 pm but bus came 12:30 am in d night driver said 9:15 pm is timing of bus start from Goa and my place from which I have catch the bus is around 120 km so bus reached by 12, rebus should think how edged and alone women can wait so long this is really worst.


                Don't travel by this bus its pathetic , shock absorber were not of Volvo quality , it was even worse than government buses my back is still paining due to this ride
