your bus cleaner is not responding

Bus got some technical problems and operator took almost 4 hours to get it repaired. All passengers are asked to wait 4 hours on road during mid night. Bus Operator failed to provide some other alternative.

It's totally disappointed. Staff are not giving any information to passengers. many times bus stopping. Tv not working. Rude behavior.

worst experience and bus was not good

Resarvation on red bus is good, refund of failed transaction is taking too long 7 days.... i have travelled in Bhavya travels, bus & seating is good but during rain water is leaking & windows r making noise, no place for luggage, even small bags r not fitting...

I didnt even travel on that day.bus has been cancelled due to breakdown.kindly refund my money

I ll never book on redbus again worst service vehicle for the second time in 2 times

Need to comply the Govt. Regulation properly. Absence of which, we faced a lot of trouble during the journey. RTA officials stopped the bus abruptly in the midnight for about 2 Hours. This is a mere inconvenience.
