As of now, I don't have any issues with me but on the day of my journey on 03.05.2015, one of passenger who have booked tickets from online red bus website and he had got confirmed ticket of Deep travels. He had paid 6000/- and got receipt also.
Now the scene is, when he arrived 30 min before the departure at given travels address, the deep travel executive has denied ant his bookings. He said, we don't have any booking on ur name on the bus. The tickets and seat nos you r havin are of some other passengers.
How this can be possible..?
On the very anxious mode that passenger was trying to call red bus but no one was answering.
Wat a persn can do if he got some imp work plannd on the next day at hos destntn nd this kind of stuff happens...???
If red bus wants the complete details of this issue, I will provide it.
The 4 tickets of that passenger for which he has paid 6000/- and having receipt, but cant use that at last moment....
Really unprofessionall...poor execution......failed...
I will never use red bus service again...
