I like Kallada and I used to travel it in often. But this time I was asked to report at 4 45am in the morning. I was standing alone at a junction (that too I was not sure where exactly the bus will stop), in dark, with very cold breeze. I did not have contact numbers of anybody to make a call and find out when will it come. The bus came at 6am in the morning. It would have been better if some responsible persons number was communicated to me, or either an sms saying delay in bus timing was communicated. thank you.
