    Customer Reviews

Bus condition was good. even having charging point at each point. But reach Borivali late by 2 hrs

Condition of bus was very poor... No huygine was maintined ...

It was a value for money trip. Nice to note that even the mobile charging ports were working. Bus needs to be more clean.

bus condition is very good and sleeping coach is comfortable regards Umesh Nalawade

The journey was comfortable, the bus was quite clean. There was a power socket which wasn't working though. It arrived at the pick up point almost half an hour late. Good value for money.

Staff behaviour is very bad & height of lower seat is small.

1-Don't announce halt duration 2-Don't check if all passengers have boarded 3-Commuters included in the end journey

not on time. lights not working, charging points not working. beds dusty.

Bus was stinking, water was pouring into the seat from outside and window gaps. Staff was rude. Not a pleasant experience.

I was not got my original sit n after travelling few hours we have to change the bus that driver told ..

The bus is good but for those who does not have AC at home because you will have to suffer a lot of heat. Red bus is an GOOD site to book

The bus reached Mumbai very late. At least 2 hours of delay.

I had booked online ticket for my journey from Junagadh to Mumbai via 2×1 Sleeper Coach of Deep Travels Departure Scheduled Time of 4.30pm from Raj Rajeshwari Complex @ Rs900. But to my surprise there was no place identifiable as Raj Rajeshwari Complex/ Umiya Travels in Junagadh. On contacting helpline number I was told to go to New Bharat Travels. Even charges were also taken more compared to manual ticket rate of Rs700. Even Bus actually came 1 hour late at 5.30pm. Bus windows had iron roads without curtains in temperature of 45°. Bus had cabins without lock, windows were very old and non moving, charger points were there but non operational and was replied by attendant that it needs repairing. Then when I showed online e ticket message to attendant and asked him that if his verification is over then shall I sleep now and on his satisfactory verification I went to sleep but still at Jetpur & Rajkot he again and again break my sleep and unnecessarily harassed me by asking me for my ticket & where I will get down. In spite of my strict instructions that once his verification gets over please I should not be disturbed still they keep on harrasing saying you have taken online ticket and we have not got any confirmation. And again at midnight 12.30am he waked me up and asked where I want to get down. Now it was hight so I told him how you can open shutter in the night and do such a mischief then he kept on arguing and abused me and was very arrogant and at that time I tried to call helpline numbers of red bus and even deep travels but phone was unattended and I have to spent sleepless night even after paying 30% more than manual ticket rates.

    Good timing

Pathetic bus condition. Mahasagar should stop or replace this kind of buses the seats r very bad in condition n stinking very dirty. Rain water coming inside the bus after the window is closed. Will not travel by this bus further.

    excellent .. keep it up
