Very poor timigs ,bus started 1.5 hrs delay from jodhpur. Seats booked were E & F but later they shifted to the last seats as the details which they had were showing diffrent seats. It is reallyvery bad customer service approch as traveller were a lady and a small child.
Quality of bus should be like volvo type cabin must have tv or other entertainment facility
The bus gallery was full with atleast 15-20 passengers sitting and sleeping all over on floor. Those looking for an extra inch in bus to breath, consider again.
