Missed exam ,6 hours journey tooks 12 hours i was travelling from jhansi to bhopal. Bus arrived at jhansi 1.30 am which was supposed to come at 11.15pm. My exam was 10 to 12 and i reached bhopal 12.30 .
Staff quality needs to be improved.Initially they did not accept my online booking saying that they have not received any information about the same. Bus was pathetic with dirty linen. Scheduled Arrival time at Bhopal is 7 am and the bus reached at 4 pm.
