It was the rude and unwarranted behaviour from the Driver and the attendent of the HK travels. I have booked my from Jabua to Ahmedad on line after carefully studying the seat details. As I have back problem I have selected Seat No.F which is a single lower sleeper seat so as to avoid the climb and jerks of the wheel. When I boarded on the bus at Jhabua, to my shock the seat was sold to another passenger and I was asked to take the upper seat. I showed my ticket detail and asked the passenger attendent to verify the list and the list also confirms the same Seat Number (F). I have demanded my booked seat, but the driver and attendant very roughly behaved with me. They do not know anything, the seat no.F was sold to another passenger at Indore. They threatened me that if I want to travel in the same bus, please take the upper seat, otherwise get down from the bus. It was terrible and torturing journey for me from Jhabua to Ahmedabad. Red Bus does not ensure the quality of the bus and the facilities, I am sure that your business will get affected soon and you will be out soon from the business. Hope that you will take corrective measures at the earliest to improve the quality of service and reliability of the service.
