            Customer Reviews

First is curtains in the bus was so dirty that people would definitely gonna get some disease.

It was Nice Trip and Patel Travels is good for this Route.

Staff behaviour was good but they allow to passengers from outside from road and they sleep in the floor of bus.

I have to book my seat in Patel travels but actually service provide by another Bus and Bus conditions was verry verry bed. I think Patel travels down own credit

Seat number is different with we book online.. It's happened 3rd time with me.. Shoking!!!

The drivers behavior was very bad, bus had stopped at their Gandhidham office for unloading the parcel and they had some crossing issues with passengers and for that bus had holted more than 30 minutes at office. this is time consuming and thats without any proper reason

I was select window seat through online booking and actual seat is not a window seat.. Pls correct the online layout

I am facing worst problem of your service. I booked the below ticket. @2:40 they dropped me from their bus and forced me to travel another bus. And problem is that i booked slipper seat and i forced to travel in seating seat. From now onwards, i will never book ticket from your site.

Quality of patel travel bus is not good, there are no push back working in many seat also no hand support provided in between two seat, so i dont prefer patel travel next time and suggest to my family and friend circle for not to use and same feedback will post on social website too

Sir, Your service is very good and i am very happy to book tickets from your site. My humble request is that you please send the offer coupons for return journey at least on the date of booking not on journey day. It is impossible to get return ticket on the journey day for the return on that day or next. You please modify your system so that customers will get the coupons on the same day of booking. regards, Biju John

            good services

Carry a Blanket as it gets very cold in the bus and they don't provide blankets.
