The bus was cancelled and I was intimated about it when I was already out of station and on the way. Care should be taken and such buses should not be put on the list. The last minute cancellation causes a lot of trouble for the people. Besides, even if I sent an e-mail asking for the refund of the entire booking amount, it is surprising that redbus is sending me SMS and mail about my experience. Lack of coordination!!
