The bus was one late... And I was very disappointed because I had reached half hour before with my senior citizen parents and waited for one and hour an very, very unhappy and disappointed... ??????
very bad experience..bad bus quality and seat is not given as per booking...
The bus was late at the boarding point by half an hour.
bis was to reach islampur at 1045 pm but it reached at 11 45 pm. bus that arrived was not balaji but vaibhav. Not New
Bus came 2 hours late. My seat was allocated to other passengers. Last seat is allocated to me. this is happened with other passengers too. Pick up boy was not available at our boarding point. Bus condition is worst. No bed-sheets. Reached destination 8 am, actual time is 6 am. Can we give minus rating. redbus should remove such operators from there website.
Nice, comfortable, reliable travelling
The Bus service & staff behavior is very excellent. My whole journey is smooth except a timing of pickup. On the site it is mentioned that time of pickup is 11:30 PM & on SMS they told a reporting time is 11:30 PM but Bus come at stop at 00:05 AM but after checking behavior of Bus staff i forgot that.

Bus quality was ok. But the punctuality was really bad. And the same was the staff behaviour. They were irresponsible and arrogant when asked about the bus timing.
Name of travel is so confusing.balaji travels n also Vaibhav travels? My departure time n loc was 10.45 pm from islampur.but they didn't cl me when travel reached at islampur.so bad service. Really disappointed
If you are traveling with cheap rate bus bookings you will get service according to your bus bookings, such as buses are not on time, buses quality is bad when i am returning, and if you booked reputed travelers then you will get proper service.
In AC bus no blanket provided.
journey is safe but the ticket fair is very high.
Overall very good trip with dolphine travels
