bad behaviour by staff and delayed the bus by 3 hrs.. very bad service
Bus staff picked up so many EXTRA passengers on the way, That the cabin was not only full, but many of them have to come inside and sit/sleep on the walking aisle. One passenger came and shared a seat with me and I couldnt say no to him owing to his old age. Driver and other bus staff should NOT OVERCROWD the bus !
Bus quality was too bad.there is no rod in drivers cabin to while bus is moving, moreover staff behavior was too bad.staff was smoking & not listening to customers.Ifell down in the bus as there was no rod to hold & to save self.
It was a good experience over all. keep up the good work.
