value for money . suspension was gr8
Apart from the regular stoppages, bus driver kept stopping the bus on the way unnecessarily to fill up the vacant seats.
Bus was late, didn't have bedsheets, stopped unnecessarily in the nothing for tea and wasted more time. Bus was not either. Shock absorbers sucked. I've travelled with InterCity a lot of times before and my experience has always been decent if not great but this was unacceptable.
KALPESH KISHOR BANE
Ac was not working properly. I thought i was travelling with NON AC bus.
Pillow, plug point, water bottle is given. I had to ask for the bottle to receive it so I don't know how many actually end up receiving a bottle.
Played 3 idiots, was fun watching it. Was probably late by 15 minute to 30 minutes.
md saif ali
said will provide wifi but there se no such thing
Pillows need urgent replacement.. useless Pillows are causing severe neck pain and lack of sleep during journey.. blankets r also useless ..
Bus departure is late by 45 min and reached destination by one and half hrs late
good experience, bus condition was good, suspension was good, recommend to travel with royal star
No door between cabin and passenger area, hence got horn sound and noice in whole journey, rest things was ok.
Bus quality not gud and they providing wifi but its not working. Punctuality very gud
It was wow journey for me but in between stopes were not gud specialy the dhaba was not at all gud for family
It was nice experience. No any problem.
worst staff behavior .. didn't inform me about my drop point and rail the bus to next stop
Bus has to pick from Rau Baba Kulfi , bus dint stop there and moved further we have to ran behind him to stop. on that conductor was not feeling sorry instead he was arguing and while dropping he was giving some one else luggage to me.
Nice ride but surprisingly it wasn't on time. Got late for work
Not happy with punctuality of bus,
no update over phone about delay,
no water given,
no update of halt location.
I have travelled with you for almost 10 times but this time the things were little unprofessional.
There were about a group of 6-7 guys who were drinking throughout the night. They did not cause any problem but the staff couldnt stop them because they were scared.
Also thank god the driver was very professional that he did not indulge in consuming alchohol. But such kind of stuff should not be allowed in the bus. Though this is the first time this has happened.
Poor maintenance of bus cause inconvenience..shifted from A/C Sleeper to Drivers cabin..for whole night..bad experience.
Worst experience ever. Third time with Raj Ratan. Bus failed in the middle of the night and my wife & daughter suffered
Hans travel is a fraud..I booked a ticket in multi axel bus.But it was so dilapidated and worst condition..
bus quality is not good
Space wasnot adequate. I got boarrded at indore and when i reach thane. The one of tge staff asked me 20 rupees for luggage that was kept at the back of the bus. Upon saying no to give money he got angry and started talking in an inappropriate manner. Is this kind of staff you hire hans travel?
From now onwards i will never ever choose hans for my travels
its more of a goods carrier rather tan a passanger career. Other buses like vijayant and RR leaves later and reaches atl
No Movie played, No Charging, Holes in bedsheet, On time, Average traveling experience.
Bus Quality was very bad and no Suspetion
despite everyting they dropped on a wrong location
I am not satisfied with your service. Worst service
Very very poor service bus quality was very very very bad totally waste of money
staff allowed drunked people to set in the bus...certainly I am never going to use intercity again
I m not satisfied with the bus service as well as timimgs.
Very very bad experience. Reached Mumbai around 3.30pm instead of 8.30 .Bus drop at Sion instead of crafowrd market. Gear of the bus got jammed in between so bus took haul of around 6h. No back up bus facility. Very poor service.
Few customer told that this thing happens with them two to three time. Please remove the bus from red bus.
Bus staff was rudely asking for lagguage charges and misbehaved with us. Guys if you are travelling with this bus then at the time booking ask red bus to provide confirmation on lagguage charges either red bus should include or waived off
Your bus excel is making more noise please change it immedaitly for sefty
switches were broken, lights were not working
Not value for money. Bus staff very casual while interacting with customers.
departure time was 9.30 from indor but bus arrived at 10.30 at indore bus stop then departed at 11.45. worst
Had a great journey. The staff was quite helpful.
Nice Comfortable Journey with Raj Ratan and Redbus
Nice Experience, would love to travel again, better than Hans and Verma
too much jerk......bus is too long, so its very zigzag

Air condition was not at all cooling. Pathetic. Will never travel by this bus.
Got an upgrade from Raj ratan. Super happy. Booked a ticket for AC sleeper and travelled in Volvo. Raj ratan is best bus service on indore Mumbai route. Regular SMS updates. Friendly staff. Keep it up raj ratan.
