This is review is to share my experience with Hans travels, unfortunately thanks to Hans travels for not calling me before bus departure. I didnt get any call from travels as a result I missed my bus. My cab met with an accident and got delayed by 10-15mins. I tried to reach travels office on phone but no response. Once a guy picked up the phone and said- BUS ALREADY LEFT, and within a second he hung up on me. I was trying to tell him my situation. But there was no one. It use to be best travel agency in Indore. But now things are different. Its getting worst day by day. Especially behavior of ur staff and bus condition. Please look into this matter...!!
I was booked Indor to Jalgaon AC bus ticket but before 3-4 hours bus operator informed me over the call, the AC bus was cancelled due to technical fault, nor non-ac bus was going to Jalgaon and only back side seats was left, either you choose/select one seat from back side of bus or they will cancel the ticket with full refund and at time there is no bus from there to reach Jalgaon. I had a urgent meeting in Jalgaon at next day.
A person who was dealing with peoples was drunk and giving proper reply...and bus seat was very dirty and noise of bus body was very horrible..
