First of all really a bad travel . secondly you show me ac bus & I booked but realty is non ac bus.I am never expecting this type of service from red bus
The bus claiming to reach Gwalior on 07AM at the time of booking reached there at 12AM,dat too driving was very bad.
It was third-rate experience of my life. When I reached at boarding point (NavLakha bus stand as indicated in your e-ticket at 7.15 PM),Sanjay travels representative told me yours bus has been cancelled so you have to go by other bus. You will have to go another boarding point (sai mandir ,5 to 6 km away from previous boarding point). So I have reached at this new boarding point by auto rickshaw by paying 150 Rupees with my luggage. How can be possible It because I had booked my ticket only one and half hour before journey started? An inferior conditioned red colour bus came at 8 pm which cannot be start automatically. It was being start by manual pushing every time. Distance between Indore to Gwalior is not more than 600 Kms. But your bus took 18 hours to travel this distance. One more very important thing wants to share that your driver and conductor was playing C-Grade songs at very high Volume Rate in the morning. I am writing here some Words of That song.. Raat ko AA Jaana Radua Dungi Palang bichhai ke ….(Some thing Like that) So this was very horrible journey of my life in which I wasted my money, time and self respect. Now I will never book any bus ticket on your site.
