Journey with staff of chartered bus was Excellent The staff of bus including the office staff was very dedicated and honest I forget my wallet with few thousand Rupees and imp cards in bus and was returned backbbacktobactoto me
Journey was good but somethings need to emphasised on. First of all the spacing between consecutive seats should be increased a little bit and some arrangement should be provided for people who are feeling cold in the bus. The snacks should be changed everyday.
The volume of the movie played during the journey was moreover noise that too unbearable. Attentend was out of reach as he wasnt able to hear anybody due to d noise.
the bus driver has no arrangments for any think he stop bus at 3-4 times for purchasing carry bag while it is his duty to keep this basis thinks before start the bus, seconbdly he stop bus many time to drop passangers like local bus bus reach bhopal in around 5 hrs from indore to bhopal while comapny claim maximium 4 hrs it was a bad experiance in travel with hans travels bus .
