Not on time
Journey was not that impressive. But managed it good. Bus was not worthy of the cost. And rebus service also allow users to upgrade the ticket invade of availability. In my case, I have booked a ticket in noon a.c. seater bus by mistake thinking it was a demi sleeper. Once I did contact the customer care. Within minutes of booking they day its nor possible to upgrade my ticket. I was not asking to cancel but to upgraded it. For which I was ready to pay the amount incurring for that. And facilitate people to cancel ticket in 30 min time who book the ticket after 2pm of the day of travel. Which infirm can be discounted in cash return with 10% or some. Kindly look after it. Because of lack of which. I made to travel in a worst bus paying the amount more more than what actually it worth and gave me sleepless journey. Negative remarks for that.
no punctuality at all. travelled 2 times, everytime delayed by 2 hours. staff behaved very badly with a lady passenger.
National Travel bus was cancelled last minute and I was readjusted in Dhanunjaya Travels. Had to wait 1 hour on the stop, but still the new bus was good.
