Dear all, The bus left Hyderabad at 3.40 pm and reached Trivandrum 2.30 pm. We relay on bus for the sake of reaching earlier because a comfortable train journey takes more time (leaving Hyderabad at 12.15 pm and reach 7 pm) The reason I mentioned the staff behavior poor because the boy looked / acted as if he dont care and to elicit some answer one have to ask him a minimum 5 times and many were afraid of asking, fearing insult. He did not do anything wrong but the attitude was disturbing and people dared not to risk The management must be intimated because small small changes can go a long way. The route once dominated by Kesineni Travels not left open to just a few operators. People are ready to pay even if it is more but being a long term journey " a smile" a bottle of water if not a small snacks as complimentary" (Orange travels do) some good in house entertainment (The same movie I have seen earlier two week in the same bus!!! and proper information about the Dinner-break and information about the toilet facility and timings go a long way. I am not trying to find fault but being a fellow business man trying to put my views so it may help them understand issues other wise escape the management. VK
Thanks for asking my feedback... my journey was very very pathetic. Staff behaviours was like inhuman. Bus was running inspite of brake failure. The staffs were irresponsible. I suffer a lot and bus reached destination some how by Gods grace late by 4.5 hours. I sincerely suggest pls pls dont travel by this stupid and idiotic bus name KPN.
Bus quality not good compared to the rate they yield. The bus started 1 hr late. Went to workshop for oil change. As a result reached 2 hrs late!
Must stop for natures call for every 5 hrs.
