Bus boy felt that we were travelling free hence he decided not to serve anybody.
There was nothing brand new about the bus. Infact the bus was making creeching sound everytime the break was applied making it almost impossible to sleep. Travels scores high when it comes to staff behaviour.
Staff are not customer friendly and they don't keep the bus clean at all .Smell badly all the way. Don't travel in rainy days as the buss was leaking all around.

Bus seating arrangement is good. But this bus takes lots of stoppage due to which journey getting bored and hectic.. Bus took lots time to reach the actual destination.. My recommendation is do not prefer this bus journey from Hyderabad to Amaravti..
