Very dissatisfied I was told that my bus is dhanunjay and I was asked to report by 10 pm at HDFC bank lakadikapol . I reached the place by 9.45 pm and I was waiting it was 10.10 and I have started calling the number provided in the Sms which I received none of them picked my phone I kept on trying finally some one picked n asked me to call conductor n gave me a number and when I called him he said it is Chennai bus I booked ticket to Vizag and again I called no one picked gave another number and the number again did not work. Again I called and he gave me another number and to my surprise the person asked me to come to nampally and the bus moved from lakdikapool. It was pathetic I was subjected to lot of hardship will never recommend red bus and dhanunjay travels to anyone. When I reached nampally I asked to board kalleswari bus...all I want to say is your service is totally not acceptable it is horrible I should say. Take necessary action. Will never recommend red bus .
Seats arent plushy for night sleep. Infact, Kesineni and SVR have better seat comfort for night journeys.
Its totally waste service from redbus..instead of 8.30pm pickup van arrived on 9.30pm. Not a single call from travel agency. The nos received in SMS are not picked calls. By 12.15 am finally bus has started from city..reached vizag on 10.30 instead of 8.30am..worst of worst..
