Timeliness is very bad. Expected to come by 11:25pm but arrived 1:am. With Kids its horrible to wait on the road. Need to be technologically enabled to get the updates of the bus movements.
bus facilities are superb but pls provide half liter (1/2) water bottle who are travelling in A/c sleeper coach, its my opinion only thanking with regards.........
Charging points are provided but not working. Actually I dont know about all but the point which I had in my seat didnt work. Punctuality should be observed at boarding points also. However the bus reached the destination in right time.
Chi chi chi........ waste service Bus pickup time was 10.15pm, after going and waiting they intimated bus under repair. At 12.00 AM another bus was engaged. Bus not at all advisable.
