The Bus was good and comfortable...But they should be punctual and provide clear information about the bus timings and place to board the bus.
Everything was good but pickup from suchitra was very early and volume control of the TV should be medium.
Worst experience for the first time in our life. Pick up point no one has taken the responsibility. No one responded and disconnected repeatedly and not attended our calls. From pick up point rushed to Afjulgunj at 10.15 by hiring a cab. Thee the bus came at 11.00 . again in our seats somebody else sat. After request they allotted our seat. Particularly observed that tickets bought on line no one will respond. Better book tickets at travels so that at least we can question them. Thanks for giving opportunity to give feed back.
Worst experience I ever had. So many disturbances throughout the journey. No proper air suspension for the bus. Felt like travelling in an auto on destructed road. Not satisfied at all. Driver is so aggressive, didnt drive better.
