I have booked 1st row front seats(A1, A2) for this particular ticket,as I was travelling with my family with a small kid of 2 yrs. For the reasons best known to Kallada, they have changed my seats 3rd row and sent an sms just couple of hours before Journey time. Soon after receiving an sms I called those people and said they have changed my seats, they said they have cancelled particular Volvo bus for some technical reason and allocated seats in Scania Bus. I explained them that I'm travelling with a Kid,they said they cant help it and asked us to talk to driver and they will allocate front seats. After boarding into bus I requested them to change the seats but they refused and told me if I have any problem call there office, Somehow i adjusted in 3rd row, when one of the driver came and told us that front row passengers will get down at Bangalore then they will provide us front seats. I said ok. After reaching Banglore, two new passengers were sitting in front row seats, I asked the driver that they said they will provide front seats, then driver replied the booking as already been done. Before booking the tickets though I had time to travel in 6ó clock bus, I have selected 3'o clock bus, as there were no front seats availbale in 6ó bus. This is last time I'm travelling Kallada Bus and last time i'm booking seats through Redbus.
