    04-Mar-2016

I had a bitter experience but climax is cool with Bus Punctuality. But dont choose Van Pickup they took more than 3 hours to reach bus that to with more discomfort and very horrible. Regarding Dinner spot choose by this bus is very worst so we suggest arrange your own food arrangements than depending on this bus chosen hotel.

    16-Dec-2015

Bus is a bit old. I liked the overall experience. Kesineni has been good customer care. I encourage others to travel on this.

    10-May-2015

    1. I was allotted with a seat number, which was already allotted to another customer. How this would happen at the time of online booking? 2. Bus should reach destination at 6:30 AM, it reached at 9.00AM. 3. No water bottle service in bus.

    05-Apr-2015

It was a bad experience. The bus was delayed by an hour to start with. The phone was not received. On repeated trial, the response was very rude. Finally, the chopper had verbal fight with the passengers. I didn't enjoy the ride.

    31-Jan-2015

I had to wait for more than 1 hr for the pickup van. The bus was cancelled and they have shifted to another bus in Ongole and near Kavali some repair. The journey was horrible. Very bad experience. I lost the impression on Redbus. Very very bad service.

    31-Jan-2015

I had to wait for more than 1 hr for the pick up. Most disappointing thing was that after boarding the bus they informed that the direct bus to Chenani was cancelled and we had to change the Bus in Ongole. Very disappointing. I am really very disappointed. This made a very bad impression on Redbus. :(

booked ticket to Sullurupeta from Secbad, but this bus route was diverted without any info, when enquired with bus staff, no response, had to get down 75kms away from my destination and make my own arrangements, it costed me Rs.600/- and 4hrs delay, will appreciate if REDBUS takes some action and compensate me or do not entertain such irresponsible service providers (New Dhanunjaya).Awaiting some action and reply from your end.

    17-Jan-2015

I booked ticket on Redbus for NewDhanjuyaTravels , I boarded At Hyderabad , in morning when I asked about reaching to destination he is telling the bus does not go the destination i booked for, driver saysyou ask operator and operataor taken this bus on rent so full confusion, when i call redbus customer care they told they forwarded to concerned operate and they will call me back, no call back. then he dropped me on the way from where i need catch private vehicle and come to destination. Very bad experience so many agents involved and no care for customer , rebus just selling tickets they donnot know operator and donnot care for customer, so be careful when book tickets. I reached 6 hour late than planned and with too much problem.
