This bus was from kesineni travels who charged pretty much the same charge as other travels ( Orange ) but the bus condition , amenities were below par when compared to Orange. Would avoid them for future trips and suggest friends and family to avoid it unless its a lift and death situation. PS: would suggest redbus to avoid such buses or travels as it will bring down redbus quality in question indirectly if not directly.
The worst journey ever . The actual time of arrival was 11am and i reached shridi at 2pm . Waste of my time as well as my planning
Alot of dust is there in bus. I think they are not cleaning it. They are not maintaing the the standerds
Punctual and helpful staff. but the bus qualify was awful no enough space for the upper berth seating (you have only one option - to lie down). the ac vents were worn out and had no option to protect yourself from the cold winds. the blankets and the sheets were dirty and looked like they werent cleaned for a while. luckily i had my own blanket and covers. on return journey, they stop at a place where the food is unclean and bad. overall, the punctuality and staff are pros and everything else denote cons
