          Customer Reviews

There was Bus break down near Vijayawada at 4 AM. Driver did not have any spare tyres. We had to wait until 6AM in the morning to get the things right and finally we reached Pithapuram at 11

Very bad timing and bad biheviar

this stupid bus met with an accident,...thank God no one got hurt..rash driving of driver...jesus christ

          worst timings and no punctuality

Worst bus.. Did not maintain timings. And also stoppage is not given correctly.. Left the passenger outside the town..

Thanks for reaching us for feedback, journey was good but not at all maintained punctuality.....Thanks

Cleanly maintained bus, bus reached 1 hour late, needs to be more punctual

Worst all-round bus. They wont stop the bus for toilet even after repeated requests from passengers. Runs with min 1 to 1:30 hrs delay. Arrogant staff.

hai, Better to close this bus service from Hyderabad to Pitapuram, SVR Travels, Bus Pickup is two hours delayed. Near Tanuku Bus totally stopped due to engine problem, in the morning after 9am. Finally i reached pithapuram 11.30am, I missed Vinayaka Chaviti festival due to Bus.

Well, the above rating would go to the A/C bus, as they accommodated me in A/C bus without any additional charge due to their internal limitations. So, the experience in A/C bus was far better than the the non-A/C in terms of comfort. I normally prefer train journey vs. Bus, for comfort and convenience; and was quite skeptical @ the beginning, but I had to book bus anyway due to non-availability of trains @ the time I was looking for. Overall, if was fair experience considering mine was first long bus journey ever.

Worst service by transporter. Staff behaved very rudely.

Actually the Ticket has been booked upto Pitapuram but,The Bus dropped us at Kakinada (20Km ) before the destination. What is this? This is very unfiar on the Part of Redbus to allow Ticket booking upto Pitapuram. and The bus has been in problem for Maintenance.

The ticket was booked to pithapuram, but when boarded the bus they said that bus will not go to pitapuram, you should go by your own. And they drop at kakinada. When they cant provide service as given then why should they give the destination as so, and after boarding the bus changing the destination.

I booked ticket Hyderabad to pithapuram, but bus stopped at kakinada.why you are showing this service up to pithapuram.

Our journey went well Thanks for the continued support of the customers Murty

Staff of the bus behavoiur is worst.i never see this behavoiur in any other travels.

Overall its good. A bit proper maintainance is required thats it. Everything else is really good.

For example: Carry your own pillow the pillow provided is very thin.
