Venkateshwara travels provided the excellent service.. bus was very clean and new one, staff were really good, it was on time, hence very punctual.. totally it was a good journey.
Sri Rama Murthy
The bus attendant was so rude and pushing and yelling at my father who is a patient that survived a cerebral hemorrhage
They are asking money for baggae and they are saying they wont give any receipt for that one and behaviour of people is too worst.

Karthik Reddy Pathuri
The bus has been delayed by more than half an hour which caused inconvenience by waiting in cool weather. It was observed that the same bus was delayed by half an hour on 12th January 2015.
If the reporting time has been changed, please inform the passenger upfront so that we can plan better.
I had to cancel the ticket yesterday unfortunately redbus did not allow me:
Its not fair that the cancellation is not allowed before 3 hours.. or even the amount refund is 0 for 24 hour cancellation.. Not happy
superb timings but neatless............ seats & rugs
Bus was in very bad condition and it got breakdown almost 4 hrs within 3omin of the start tym. I storingly recommend dont travel on AP tourisam bus. This was really in bad service and it spoils your holiday mood.
Please try to maintain good quality non A/C buses for long journeys and please ensure bus life not exceeding 10years..
