Firstly, the bus i was booked on never turned up due tech issues and people travelling on two buses were accomodated into one that was starting later inthe day. The operator seems to have too many services than what they can actually handle. As for staff behaviour, they initially were very well behave when the service started. Now it is more like "take it or leave it" kind of attitude. The bus drivers are usually clueless about the issues. However, the conductor/steward (or whatever they call him) is more knowledgeable about what is planned and how things will work out. The personnel at the Kallada Hyd stn too were very unhelpful and not cooperative when it came to seat allotment etc. Further, no water is being served on board. On being asked, they simply said that "we dont", thats it. Overall the service is deteriorating day by day. However, the operators are confident that, given the demand from Hyd to Kerala, they will get the necessary pax load on any given day, whichever way they operate.
