Try to avoid van pickups.Pickup van they provide was horrible.

For this particular trip, we were supposed to be picked up by a van and dropped off at the boarding point. The van that came to pick up was of low quality and the seats were not at all convenient. I couldn't sit straight up as the seats controls to adjust the back rest were broken. But that's not the worst part yet. The travel assistant who was picking passengers up from point to point was not very poilie, to say the least. Since we had to carry bulky luggages, we just put up with the van. But then, after coming to a certain stop (SR Nagar), for some unknown reason, he asked all of us to get out and shift in to another vehicle. We had no choice but to carry our bulky luggages and carry them again into the new van - all by ourselves. We had to find a spot ourselves and had to ensure we arrange them in such a way that they won't fall off during the ride. Finally, we were dropped off at a certain location and asked to cross the road to wait at the office (Kaleswari Travels, Nampally). Imagine our plight to cross the main road with our heavy luggage in tow. We somehow managed to cross the road but there was no place to sit. Instead, we were made to stand on the road - very near to dirty drainages, etc. and the staff were not even courteous enough to let us know when we should expect the bus. (The timings on Redbus was slightly different from the actual timing). Later on, again we had to cross another road to reach the bus and settled in our seats. Though the seats were comfortable, I personally felt that 1750 for that semi-sleeper bus was not at all worth it. If I have a choice, I will ensure I would not take this service.

Very poor quality of bus. AC not working in AC bus. 3Hr delay. Worst maintenance of bus

irresponsible staff, for a/c passengers non a/c van pick-up... no entertainment... very bore journey ....

Journey was terrible, van pick up is a nightmare it was mentioned as 8:45PM for van pick up but got into van only at 10:30PM after many phone calls which obviously they didn't pick and no proper response.Got into the bus only after 12:30PM and reached very late. And even price of ticket is too high for the bus not even sleeper bus....lost my patience:(

The Driver forgot my bus stop 'naidupet'. Arley morning 5.00 am. Then I asked driver my bus top naidupet. Driver simply stop the bus. We are already cross my stop. Up to 1km.

Bus Started at 9:50. Reached SriKalahasti at 10:30.. Surprises were No TV, No Proper seat. Literally it was torture. Driver was stopping bus all the places like RTC bus. Not recommendable.

Always have dinner or carry dinner before you board the bus, as they will stop at a shady place for dinner for sure!

Carry a Mosquito repellant! Also carry a water bottle, even if they promise one; as they may serve it at midnight.
