The bus was a non AC converted to an AC. When it arrived none of the staff were willing to give out the information I was asking for (Is this the bus?). There was this awful video player for every berth with no way to turn it off. Thankfully they turned it off after an hour. Other than the above points, it was a comfortable berth and good suspension.
Beware guys. Do not fall into trap and expect quality of Dhanunjay travels. Dhanunjay travel is renamed version of Omer travels (seems Omer travels acquired the brand due to continue negative ratings of omer buses). In my booking I booked Dhanunjay travels. Omer travels guy called me and said that I have to board the bus named as Kaleswari travels. Too much confusion and seems to be some legal malpractice going on.
THAT IS NOT A NEW DHANUNJAYA TRAVELS, ITS A RAJLAXMI TRAVLES BUS, PLEASE FIRST CONFIRM THE SERVICE PROVIDER FROM NEW DHANUNJAYA TRAVLES. I was travelling to Nagpur for the 1st time and I was picked up from AS Rao nagar. Your staff dropped me at Lakdi ka pul instead of Secunderabad Paradise. I was waiting at Lakdi ka pul stoptill 10.30 pm at night, then your conductor called me up telling the bus is standing at Secunderabad. Then I had to come to Secunderabad by auto. While picking up a passenger, it is your staff responsibility to drop him at correct "stop". Who will pay my auto charges? and sufferings? Irresponsible behaviour of your staff.
