overalll journey is good but bus was arrived before 20 mintutes sO,i didnt reach to the boarding point with in time because of early arrival of bus to the boarding point
Good bus qualities, nice bed, blankets, good a/c maintenance, nice staff behavior.
But TVs not worked well. Except this there is no negative on it. Good punctual in time
they are not dropping the travellers/customers in the booked dropping points eg: i booked for "mederametla" they dropped on highway i walked nearly 1km to reach my destination. This is too bad I've ever seen
They dropped me at middle of the road/highway 5AM, the village is not even more than 1 km, but they rudely drop me at middle of the road/high way. this is very bad.
The Punctuality was not good. they delayed 1.45mints
Seating is Comfortable but better to carry a blanket with you because the blanket which is provided by the bus operator is dirty.
The leg space is very low that is why seating is not comfortable, avoid this bud to long journey, staff behaviour and punctuality is very good

This is My first booking in redbus.in...
Very bad and very worst experience with the travel. They did not pickup where I booked and they asked to come to some other place which is 3 km from pickup point after the departure time(11.00pm)... I went to there at 11.30 and bus came around 10.50 and after getting into bus they asked me to wait to seat because somebody is sit in my allotted seat. After some time finally I got the seat but route was wrong they didn't get the route which i got the redbus site ... its went to another route...If I asked the person they did not show any respect to any passenger....
So Please avoid these kind of services from your site.. It gives bad impression to the people

The region is particularly known for its richness in culture and tradition and has recently earned the title of one of the fastest growing IT hubs of India, which is also why sometimes the city is referred to as 'Cyberabad'. The city was originally named Bhagyanagar, after the Sultan’s wife, Bhagamathi. Hyderabad is located on the Deccan Plateau which explains why most of its land is rocky in nature. A few places tourists must visit if in the city are Lumbini Park, Ramoji Film City, NTR Garden, Osman Sagar Lake and Mecca Masjid.
