While the physical aspects i.e. berths and comforts were extremely good, the following needs introspection
1. Dinner break at 1830 hours needs to be changed.
2. A toilet break sometime at night, especially catering for the lady folk travelling in the bus needs to be catered for.
3. Behaviour of the driver Mr Abbas, on being requested for a toilet break was rude, to the extent of him fighting with me. On my telling him that I will complain, he had the arrogance of telling me "Jisko complain kàrna hai, karo." Definitely not expected from good staff
