      Customer Reviews

AC was not working and continuous errrrrr noise behind my ears.

There was a bad review about this bus, but due to the brand and previous good experiences i have booked the ticket and was forced to write bad review. This review is to be considered from all the passengers travelled on 2.8.2015 in the Bus No: AP07TT7, 9pm, Worse driver behaviour who was on 2.8.2015.

Its a pick up van. Will be late when are ready and early when before time and then makes up hurry.

      staff behaving like animals.

bua was pretty old and curtains worn out, charger not working , study lamp not working. AC was ok

Comes half an hour before and put on pressure. Its a pick up vehicle.

      Waste bus

Staff did not stop at Mangalagiri. When I had asked they bulldozed me that I had toremind them of my destination. They were not informed by Chart handover people that my ticket was upto Mangalagiri. I had to get down at Guntur and returned to my destination. I was surprised of behaviour of staff. You can understand of issues relating to morning ablution. This type of behaviour will get bad name to new capital and state as people from different walks of life and languages will be visiting for different issues. I have strong objection for their behaviour and will never opt for Morning Star.
